本利用規約・免責事項（以下「本規約」）は、アプリ「奥歯をはなそう」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、上下の歯を無意識に触れさせるくせ（TCH）に「気づく」きっかけをつくり、力を抜く習慣づくりをサポートするためのセルフケア補助アプリです。健康管理の参考としてご利用ください。
本アプリは医療機器ではなく、病気の診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。本アプリの内容は、医師・歯科医師による診断や治療、専門的助言に代わるものではありません。
本アプリの利用は、ユーザーご自身の判断と責任において行ってください。体調に異変を感じた場合は、ただちに利用を中止してください。
開発者は、本アプリの正確性・完全性・有用性・特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことによって生じたいかなる損害についても、法令上許される最大限の範囲で、開発者は責任を負いません。
本アプリおよびそれに含まれるテキスト・画像・音声・キャラクター（咲耶）などの権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。私的利用の範囲を超えて、これらを無断で複製・改変・再配布・商用利用することを禁止します。
本アプリの利用にあたり、法令や公序良俗に反する行為、本アプリの解析・改ざん・不正利用、第三者または開発者の権利を侵害する行為を禁止します。
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更があった場合は、本ページに最新の内容と更新日を掲載します。

These Terms of Use & Disclaimer (the “Terms”) govern your use of the app “Okuba wo Hanasou” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a self-care support tool that helps you notice the habit of letting your upper and lower teeth touch (Tooth Contacting Habit, TCH) and build a habit of relaxing your jaw. Please use it as a reference for your own wellness.
The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Its content is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice from a physician or dentist.
Use the App at your own discretion and responsibility. If you feel any change in your condition, stop using it immediately.
The developer makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
The App and its text, images, audio, and character (Sakuya) are owned by the developer or the respective rights holders. Reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or using them commercially without permission, beyond the scope of personal use, is prohibited.
You may not use the App in violation of laws or public order, reverse-engineer or tamper with it, or infringe the rights of any third party or the developer.
These Terms may be updated as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page along with the revised date.
